Pleasant Ridge and Ramsgate Community Watch - Sponsorships
Interested in sponsoring our organization with your business on our website? Our Community Watch area has over 420 homes and our website receives traffic from surrounding neighborhoods as well. Our website consistently gets over 800 hits on average per day and 1200 visits per month. (Note that hits are requests for pages and images and visits are visitor "sessions" to the site. For a small business, this could be a great way to reach neighbors who visit our website.
To place a web sponsor if you live in the neighborhood or have a tie to the community watch, we request a $20.00 (US) donation for 3 months or a $60.00 (US) donation for 12 months (1 Year) .
For those outside our area, we request a $30.00 (US) donation for 3 months or an $90.00 (US) donation for 12 months (1 Year).
Currently, we have space for 4 sponsors. Your sponsor will be placed in the header at the top of the website and will be viewable on every page. The donation you provide for your sponsor is tax deductible, the Pleasant Ridge & Ramsgate Community Watch is a non-profit, charitable organization. In addition to the sponsor placement, you can receive a landing page on our website. A landing page is the page visitors will see when they click on your sponsor. This gives your business an opportunity to:
- Provide additional details, up to two paragraphs, about your business
- Business coupons or specials that can be changed on a monthly basis
- Up to 5 endorsements or referrals from any client (with their permission)
To sponsor our organization, the following information is required:
- Names and Address of the business
- Your contact with PRR-Watch
- An image that is 170x75 pixels for the sponsor placement in .jpg format
- Check or cash for the duration of the sponsor
- Any content your business would like on the landing page (business details, monthly coupons or specials, and any endorsements or referrals
- An additional image or business logo that is 200x200 pixels may be used on the landing page (in .jpg format)
