a. Increase Meeting Attendance - have it on different nights, have one on a Saturday morning, have more events, provide food, events for kids, guest speakers on interesting topics (Hurricane Preparedness, Holiday Party, Self Protection)
b. Ideas for Community Improvements - community billboard, crosswalks at Lake Wheeler
c. Mission Statement - define what our group is/does, on top of the traditional community watch program, we want to have service to the community (Community Watch Plus/Platinum), Networked Neighbors
d. Fall Events - community parade, block party
e. Info Tubes - get one on every street, have universal sign made?
f. Recent Crimes - gun shots/fireworks, suspicious kids, slashed tires - Car Wash Fund Raiser - Tom Fuller

c. Listed needed items - volunteers, lawn chairs, sun screen, rags, hoses, signs
d. Action items - confirm if we can charge a set price or if it's donations only, write-up a set of FAQ's, make a flyer - Adjourn
