Yard Sale - June 16, 2007
Time: 7:00 AM - until
Location: At your house.
The yard sales are held at our individual homes. There is no cost to be a part of this.
The Community Watch Group will be posting an ad in the News & Observer for Community Wide Yard Sales in our area.
We hope everyone will take advantage of this free advertising. If you would like to help defray the cost, and support the community watch, we will be happy to accept a any donations from your yard sale profits (Suggested $3.00). Jason Hibbets will be coming around to collect participants information and take any donations.
Help by getting Yard Sale Signs at the major corners (remember to remove them by the end of the day).
The Community Watch will post an ad in the News & Observer. Show your support of our Community Watch by having blue and white balloons on your mailbox or signs.

- Where is this yard sale being held?
Your House! Each household will have their own yard sale. - Can anyone participate/Do I have to participate?
As long as you live in the Community Watch area, you will benefit from the community advertising. You do not have to participate if you do not want to. - Do I need to place an ad in the paper?
No. An ad will be placed in the N&O advertising multiple yard sales in Community from Lawrence to Ramsage and streets inbetween off Lake Wheeler Road.. - Will it cost me anything?
No. The purpose of advertising the yard sales as a community, is to show that we are an active community. - Can I donate some of my proceeds to the Community Watch?
Absolutely! Please contact Jason Hibbets. - How do I participate?
Some people are going to put balloons on their mailbox to designate that they are participating. Otherwise, set up for a yard sale, set you price, and sell! - Do I need to put up signs?
You can put up signs. The more signs we have directing shoppers to our area the better chance we have for more people to stop in. - What is the Raleigh Rodent Rescue benefit yard sale and bake sale?
One of the members of the Community Watch is part of the Raleigh Rodent Rescue. They have decided to coordinate a benefit and will be hosting the Raleigh Rodent Rescue benefit yard sale and bake sale. - Can I donate to the Raleigh Rodent Rescue benefit yard sale and bake sale?
If anyone does not want to participate in the yard sale, but wants to get rid of some gently used junk around their house. please bring it to 2224 Mariner Cir. either the night of the 15th or the morning of the 16th to help provide supplies and veterinary care our foster animals. If you want a tax deduction, items need to be dropped off at AniMall where you can receive a tax receipt. Your support is greatly appreciated. - Where is the Raleigh Rodent Rescue benefit yard sale and bake sale?
The Raleigh Rodent Rescus benefit will be at 2224 Mariner Cir. There will be bargains galore as well as tasty treats and cool beverages for sale. The Raleigh Rodent Rescue will be selling home-baked dog treats from Yummy For Dogs, so plan to walk your canine during the hours of our sale so you can swing by for a tasty treat!
